1. General Information
- All prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Sales are protected by the rules that govern distance and online transactions.
- Bandini Pharma S.R.L. may change sales prices without notice and is not liable for pricing errors published on the site.
2. Purchase Methods
Purchases can be made exclusively through our online store.
3. Payment Methods
- Credit card: pay securely with Visa, Visa Electron, PostePay, Mastercard, Carta Aura, American Express, and Diners through our online checkout.
- PayPal: create a free account, confirm your email, and link a payment method. You do not need to re-enter financial data for each purchase or share it with the merchant.
4. Shipping within Italy
Shipping costs are calculated directly in the cart based on the delivery address.
Deliveries are handled by the GLS courier.
5. Shipping outside Italy
International shipments comply with applicable regulations and the specific conditions of each country.
We currently ship to: France, Spain, Canary Islands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta, Greece, Croatia, Albania, Slovenia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Libya, and Tunisia.
6. Warranty
All products sold on www.bandini-pharma.com are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Articles 128-135 of the Italian Consumer Code.
The legal guarantee lasts two years from delivery and must be exercised within two months from the discovery of any defect.

7. Returns
For orders accompanied by a receipt, you may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of delivery by sending written notice to marketing@bandini-pharma.eu or by post to Bandini Pharma S.R.L., via del Salice, 42 – 47822 Santarcangelo di R. (RN) Italy.
Please specify the items you wish to return and whether you prefer a replacement or a refund. You will receive confirmation of receipt as soon as possible.
8. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs. Refunds are issued using the same payment method (cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer).
Refunds may be suspended until the goods are returned or until you provide proof of shipment.
Return products to: Bandini Pharma S.R.L., via del Salice, 42 – 47822 Santarcangelo di R. (RN) Italy. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
You are responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customised or perishable goods, products sold with a short shelf life, goods without their safety seal, or similar exclusions.
