Shipping and delivery
Shipments are entrusted to selected couriers; the delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary due to force majeure or hard-to-reach addresses.
Upon delivery it is the customer’s responsibility to check the integrity of the package and promptly report any anomalies to the carrier.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery by communicating your decision through the official contacts provided on the site.
Products must be returned intact, complete with original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to allow the refund within the time limits set by law.
Limitation of liability
Bandini Pharma SRL will not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure, unforeseen events, or circumstances beyond its direct control.
We shall not be liable for indirect losses or consequential damages that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law; for anything not expressly provided for, the applicable consumer protection rules apply.
